The ASOIF Diversity and Gender Equality Consultative Group (ADGEG)
ADGEG was established in 2019 and provides expertise on matters related to gender balance, diversity principles and inclusion, all of which are closely linked to governance. It aims to address and challenge stereotypes and works closely with the IOC towards a world of sport which provides equal opportunity for everyone.
This expert group is led by Marisol Casado, President of the International Triathlon Union (ITU).

- Heike Groesswang, Secretary General of the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation (IBSF)

- Amina Lanaya, Director General of the International Cycling Union (UCI)
- Deqa Niamkey, Development Director at United World Wrestling (UWW)
- Matt Smith, Executive Director of World Rowing (FISA)
